Example of working with the calculator

Maria is 32 years old, weighs 78 kg., and is 170 sm. tall. She fails to eat regularly and often uses semi-finished products because she has no time. In recent years, there’s no time for the walks she to do.

Her BMI, which she calculated with the help of the calculator is 27 kg/m2.

According to the categories of the WHO, she falls into the category of overweight and has a health risk, so she must take measures for her health.

At this stage, it is in her interest to turn to an endocrinologist to assess whether she needs any tests and to a nutritionist to prepare a suitable diet for her. Increasing physical activity would also help Maria to normalize her weight.
